Space 301 is home to contemporary art exhibitions which change throughout the year. The casual elegance of the facility serves as an ideal location for cocktail parties, luncheons, wedding receptions, fundraisers, company meetings, Christmas parties, board meetings and much more. The expansive space is easily transformed to suit a variety of events.

Gallery Staff Fee
A Space 301 employee will be on site throughout the entire event. For events that occur after regular business hours, a fee will be assessed at $25 per hour per staff member for a minimum of 4 hours (minimum $100/staff member).

Security Fee
Space 301 requires at least one uniformed security officer to be on hand for all private events that take place when the Gallery is closed to the public. The officer serves to protect the Gallery as well as event guests. Additional officers may be scheduled depending on the size and specific needs of the event. Space 301 will handle the scheduling of officers and fees are based at a rate of $25 per hour per officer with a 4 hour minimum (minimum $100/officer).

Cleaning Fee
An additional cleaning fee is required for each event. Fees range depending on the event space. The cleaning fee includes an attendant who will be on hand throughout the entire event to overlook all custodial needs.

  • Rates include 4 hours for set up and 2 hours for break down. Additional fees assessed for extended hours.
  • Non-profit discount is 20% off rental rate.
  • Corporate/daytime rates available. Limited supply of 48”, 60”,72” round and 6’, 8’ rectangle tables, chairs and black table clothes available for corporate events only
  • Contract and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a date.
  • Certificate of General Liability and complete setup details are due a minimum of two weeks prior to occupying space.
